Michael "Mike" Twite
Michael "Mike" Twite passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 9th, 2024 after a short battle with lung cancer. Mike was 65 years old. Mike was born 11-25-1958 In La Crosse, WI to Robert "Bob" Twite and Diane (Poellinger) Twite.
Mike was a 1976 graduate of Aquinas High School in La Crosse, WI. He loved playing golf and especially loved the 19th hole with family and friends. Mike enjoyed coaching Peter and Simon in their sports with his passion for basketball going back to the days when he was named to All Coulee Region basketball team.
Mike was employed at Spectrum Industries in Chippewa Falls in logistics. He enjoyed his tenure with Spectrum and made many friendships.
Mike is survived by spouse, Suzie, and two sons, Peter & Simon. Mother, Diane Twite, sisters, Patty Schlemmer, Joan (Jeff) Beirne, Julie (Jeff) Breidel, nephews Tyler & Austin Beirne and Nick & Alex Breidel, sister-in-law, Kathryn Harris, and niece Melissa Fleck.
Mike was preceded in death by father, Bob Twite, mother & father-in-law, Neil & Arleen Soltow, niece Jillian Zoerb and brother-in-law, Scott Soltow.
A visitation will take place from 4 - 7 pm on Friday evening, June 14, 2024 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 1314 E. Lexington Blvd, Eau Claire, WI 54701. A memorial service will take place at 11 am on Saturday, June 15, 2024 at the church. There will be no visitation prior to the service on Saturday. Private family committal service will take place at a later date.

Worked at Dayton's with Mike. He was such a a nice young man. So helpful and hard working. I didn't know him well but always so friendly and with a happy smile. A good person. My sympathy to his Family and Friends so sorry for your loss.
