Rosie Garrett Obituary
Rosie was a loving and devoted mother who loved gardening and canning. She was saved in the United Rock Creek Freewill Baptist Church.
Rosie is preceded in death by her sons, Jimmy Garrett, Timothy Dean Garrett; granddaughter, Amanda Gilbert; parents, David and Dora Terry Marlow; and brother, Lawrence Marlow.
She is survived by the father of their children, Robert Garrett; sons, Gary Garrett, David Garrett and wife, Peggy; daughters, Peggy Thomas and husband, Lonnie, and Melissa Hatfield, all of Clairfield; grandchildren, Abby, Fleshia, Crystal, Sabrina and Daniel; great-grandchildren, Luke, Adrian, Hannah, Destiny, Logan, Desmond, Peyton, Hailey and Mattie; and a host of other relatives, friends and neighbors to mourn her passing.
The graveside service was on Sunday, Aug. 22 in the Clairfield Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Eddie Johnson officiating. Burial followed in the Clairfield Baptist Church Cemetery.
Harp Funeral Home of Jellico was in charge of arrangements.
