Jimmy Harris Obituary

The Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Jimmy Harris of LaGrange will be Thursday, April 21, 2016 at Noon in the chapel of the Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home. Rev. Titus Roberson will officiate. Burial will be in the Southview Cemetery.

Mr. Harris, a native of LaGrange, was born October 28, 1942 and was the son of the late Julia Freeman Rivers and John Harris. He lived in Atlanta for a number of years and was employed with Bank of America.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his sisters and brothers: Johnne Gates, Atlanta; Willie Harris (Ann), Pine Mountain; Jerome Rivers (Jeannette), Commerce, GA; Etrushia Rivers, LaGrange; Ellen Rivers, LaGrange; John Rivers, Columbus, GA; Juanita Ector (Tommy), LaGrange; nieces: Shirley Burton and Faye Burton, both of Pine Mountain; many other nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
