Drew McCoy Obituary
Lancaster - Drew A. McCoy, 28, of Lancaster passed away on Wednesday, March 7th, 2018 at the Ohio State Wexner Medical Center. Drew was born on July 11th, 1989 in Lancaster, Ohio to Martin P. and Tonya A. McCoy. He was a graduate of Lancaster High School and really enjoyed the outdoors. His loves of his life were his two children, Trevor and Deegan and he truly loved being around family and friends.
Drew is survived by his parents, Martin and Tonya McCoy; children, Trevor and Deegan; siblings, Shane, Christopher and Taylor; grandma, Betty McCoy; aunts, Lisa Henderson, Penny McCoy, and Kitty McCoy; as well as many other loving family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandpa, William McCoy, grandparents, Jack and Pat Francis; grandpa, Harold Vermillion; great-grandma, Zelma Vermillion; and aunt, Carol Byas.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, March 12th, 2018 at 1PM at the Maple Grove Cemetery. Friends may visit on Monday from 12PM-1PM at the HALTEMAN-FETT & DYER FUNERAL HOME.
The family would like to give the staff at the Fairfield Medical Center, The Cleveland Clinic, the Ross Heart Hospital and the James at Ohio State a special thank you for their loving care of Drew. As well, as a thank you to all of the family and friends for their loving support during this time.

Dear McCoy Family-
We are so sorry to hear of Drew's passing. We remember Drew, when he was a teenager, walking by our house. He really liked the yellow Nova in our garage. He was such a nice kid. Our boys would get him confused with Chris, because they looked so much alike. Our heart aches for you, because we know the grief you are feeling. We lost our oldest son almost three years ago. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. Take care.
