CANAL WINCHESTER: Janet S. Stemen age 54, of Canal Winchester, OH died on March 29, 2016. She was born on May 6, 1961 in Columbus, OH to the late Charles and Lois Stemen. Janet worked as an R.N. in the Mt. Carmel System for 31 years. Survivors include her sister, Vicki Stemen; beloved dog, The Jakester; nephew, Hershey; and many cousins, friends and coworkers. Family and friends may visit 9-11:00am on Friday, April 1, at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 650 W. Waterloo St. Canal Winchester, OH 43110 with a funeral service officiated by Pastor Beth Westphal to follow at 11:00am . Interment at Wesley Chapel Cemetery, Lancaster, OH. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to Creature Comforts, The Good Sam Fund, 1987 West Fair St. Lancaster, OH 43130. Online condolences may be found at www.spencefuneralhome.com.
