Richard is survived by his wife, nine children, six grandchildren, four siblings, and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held from 1 to 4 pm on Saturday, September 13, at the Beef Pavilion - Albany County Fairgrounds in Laramie, Wyoming. The Parrish family would love anyone who knew Richard to come celebrate his life and love for the community.
