Albert SCHOENFELD Obituary

SCHOENFELD, Albert May 24, 1920-February 23, 2013 Bert Schoenfeld, Hollywood sound editor, died at 92 years of age on February 23, 2013. His work included three Sinatra films, and along with his partner Ray Alba the first Rocky, American Gigolo, The Frisco Kid and many others. Bert also edited the Lassie Show for ten years. He served in the Army, using his talent during WWll. His wife Jeri of 17 years, his stepson Jared Lerner, sister-in-law Valerie Schoenfeld and nephew Gregg, nieces Stacy Sally and Lori Edwards and families survive him. A Memorial Service is scheduled for Sunday, March 3, at 12:30PM, Church of the Hills, Forest Lawn, Hollywood Hills.
