Dixie Wheaton volunteered her services at the Ladera Senior Center for several years with our Volunteer Group. She was very friendly, very reliable, and dedicated to completing many tasks and projects to enhance the lives of the Seniors who attended the Center. She was a very talented decorator and donated many beautiful flowers and plants to the center from her own collection as she had quite a green thumb.
She was loved by all of us at the Center. We truly miss her charm and grace from our midst. We extend our deepest sympathy to the family at this sad time.
