Gloria and I were classmates at Central High School, however, didn’t reconnect until about seven years ago at a class event. After that, we would spend hours on the phone and she kept me so entertained with her many stories and life experiences. She was truly one of a kind and I miss our conversations and seeing her at our class events. My deepest sympathy to her family and may she Rest In Peace.

Gloria I cannot think of a world without you in it. You are my first cousin and I met you when I was 9 when we came to visit from England to all of the family in Connecticut. We had a fabulous time and it was loads of fun. I guess you also loved us as you moved to Los Angeles and stayed at our apartment and we shared a bedroom. It was always good times and remember I still owe you $2 for my orange julius drink. You never let me forget it. We always stayed close and you helped me through my teenage years and after all the trouble I came out OK. I think of you so many times as we used to talk for hours and hours as only you can do. The last time I saw you was when the family came to Los Angeles to visit. I hardly got a chance to visit with them because you grabbed me and we talked the whole night. Now you are with Jack, Beth, Aunty Ethel, Uncle Henry and our grandma and grandpa and my mum and dad. They are taking care of you. I am sure Lucy misses you she is in good hands with Lynsey. Rest assured you will never be forgotten. You are missed but you have left lots of us with memories that will last a life time.

Well, Gloria, I am going to miss seeing you and Lucy walking in our neighborhood. We stopped by the other day, chatted with Michael, and he let Lucy come out to say Hi to Kuri.
Just neighbors, but we had a lot in common. From all the comments I can feel the love from your friends and family! God bless you Gloria.

Gloria will forever be one of my favorite people in this planet. I met Gloria working at a deli in W. Hollywood. I am very fortunate to have many shared memories with her. She was the kind of person that would literally give you her shirt from her back. In my case, it was one day I drove to work & forgot to bring mine. I knew she was about to clock out & knowing how impeccably clean she was I didnt think twice about asking her, for hers. Many years later we still laughed about that story. May you rest in eternal peace my dear friend Gloria.

Ive known Gloria my whole life. She was family to us. I will never forget her epic/funny stories, especially the embarrassing ones about me and Michael! My Mom and Gloria would speak for hours on the phone and then see each right after! It will be impossible not to think of Gloria when ever I see anything Superman related. RIP to a beautiful person who are family adored.

Gloria was there when i was born and during my whole life. She was also there when i had my child. All my childhood memories include Gloria. She was a unique, one of a kind lady! And extremely generous. If you mentioned to her something you were interested in, BAM, gloria would find you an abundance of it! She was passionate about so many things, and a very strong, brave woman. I know she is in peace now being with her daughter and husband.

My Auntie Gloria was a wonderful big sister to my mom, we loved to shop with her when she would visit CT. My kids favorite memory of her is when we all were in NY city having lunch and she put ketchup on her spaghetti. I will miss seeing her funny Facebook posts and hearing all her memories growing up. Her stories always made me smile. RIP Auntie Glor.

I would like to say a few words about my sister. She moved out West when I was perhaps 12 or so. Gloria a;ways claimed to of raised me ,perhaps this is why she left. Over the years or we visited her in LA or she came to see us, so we always stayed in touch even from afar. What I got from Gloria perhaps her different sense of humorand also being a family person. Can I say that I will miss her yes and no. Her always being 3000 miles away we had a different brother sister relationship. Also 2 years ago we came to spend time with her, almost kind of a closure. I would like to close by saying that I hope to keep in touch with her immediate family even though we are so far away.

Auntie Gloria was such a lighthearted kind person. She loved to talk to anyone and everyone. For my Flat Stanley project in second grade she went all over California to took lots of photos and write tons of notes to show where Stanley had gone. I still have the project to this day and I will have it forever!!

Gloria, out of everyone, I probably knew you for the least amount of time, but I didn't love you any less. After losing my grandmother a few years ago, it was comforting and loving that you took me in as one of your own. Even though you told me the same stories over and over, I knew it gave you so much pleasure and joy to share them, which is why I listened as if I were hearing them for the first time. I will cherish those memories and always think of you when I watch an old Hollywood movie. And thanks for the Elvis note you left for me to find, I'll treasure it always.

My Dearest Sister
There are no words to express how sad and empty I feel.
We spoke just about every day. We lived 3000 miles apart but we were so close as sisters can be. I miss you so much and cant accept that you are no longer with us. I am sure you are finally at peace with Jack, Beth and Mom and Dad.
Its been a very rough 3 months without you.
With love until we meet again.

Mom,
I made you mad, you drove me crazy but I miss you a lot. There has been so many times where I get upset thinking that youre no longer here or that I cant call or see you, it has been a tough three months.
Its funny, the things that would drive me crazy like the talks that you would have with people and how you would go on and on, I actually do the same thing so were a lot alike in those regards.
As Im sure you know, Ive been cleaning out the house, hope youre not to mad that I had to part with your 2800 DVDs. Sheesh, that was no small task, but the money is going back into the remodeling of the house so hopefully you understand. :)
Anyway, youre now with Beth, Dad, Grandma, Grandpa, Auntie Ros and Uncle Lew. Enjoy your talks, cup of tea, watching your movies and buying Superman memorabilia.
Love,
Michael
