I had the pleasure of working as Jay's secretary when he was VP at General Automation; then our paths took different course and I saw him only once....at the memorial of a friend. He achieved much in his life and yet I'm sure he would say his family was his best achievement...and rightfully so. He was a great boss and friend and you have my deepest sympathy.

Very siorry to hear of Jay's Passing. Jay and I played football at Fullerton College (FJC) in 1956 . He really like to have fun at practice but was very focussed ome game time. U= T I was also in his wedding in Fullerton. We lost track of each other when Jay went to USC. I remember hih having a very distict laugh and was always a positive thinker. I'm sure his family and friends miss him and I wish we had seen each other in our later years. Ron Sipple
