Jonathan Davis Obituary
Born Sept. 22, 1959, in Santa Monica, died suddenly Feb. 20 at home in Venice, CA. Beloved son of Charles and Dorothy Davis of Orinda; cherished grandson of Margaret Davis Ames of San Bernardino; dear brother to Malcolm of San Francisco and C. William, Jr. of Denver; loving uncle and godfather. Pomona College and Oxford B.A. 1981, UCLA J.D. 1985. Deputy Attorney General in Calif. Dept. of Justice, devoted church leader, loyal friend to many. Remembered for great intellect, fine wit, and generous heart. Services at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, at St. James Episcopal Church, 3903 Wilshire Blvd., L.A. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to AIDS Healthcare Foundation, 6255 W.
