I was always remembered his smiling and shook hands welcome to his teams and lately to became his 1st choice of Medical Assistant. He taught and showed how to be lead of new techniques on medical field. He treated all staffs like his big family. I was very appreciated and impressed all hardworking and knowledge from him. After 7 years of worked with him, I felt great and thankful all the words and hard worked that he shared all priceless and valuable to me. I am dearly missed him of his smiling and voice. My Uncle had a huge❤ heart, providing his wisdom and time to every person he would interact with. He was helping those that were ill even when he, himself was not feeling great. Even after his time on Earth with us, he asks in lieu of flowers at his memorial, he wants us to give to those of need. My Uncle welcomed everyone to join in our family gatherings and saw the good in everyone.
My Uncle Joseph will surely be missed, until we meet again.

I met Dr Joseph Wu in 1969 when we both began our medical studies at Omaha's Creighton University. Talked him into taking a Greyhound bus trip to Oregon during Christmas break and then help me drive my old 1961 Chevy Impala back to Omaha. I was to be Joe's driving instructor on those freeways in Wyoming and Nebraska. It was a hoot AND he did get his driver's license. Our heartfelt condolences to his family. I will miss him.

My memory of Joseph Wu is he a good Uncle. I remember going to his house back in Orange County for Thanksgiving and swimming. When my parents were away on vacation, he welcomed me to his house for dinner and sleepover. I love you and will miss you.
