We would visit Casey/Joan and family almost every Thanksgiving at their (then) Calabasas and Studio City homes. When I think of him, I think of his twinkly blue eyes, smile and feeling very welcome. But particularly, I will never forget him offering my grandfather a drink. My grandfather rarely drank, but he always accepted one whiskey sour from Casey. I loved watching the ritual of the ask, the polite turn-down, the re-ask and the ok ... sure. AND ... I remember, just once, a second drink was offered and accepted. Love you Casey!
