Keyvan Razi Obituary

March 12, 1977 - November 9, 2023 Keyvan Cyrus Razi, son of Anousheh and Ali Razi, was born in Tehran, Iran on March 12th, 1977. Together with his brother Babak and sister Niloofar, Keyvan immigrated in 1978, initially to London and then to Los Angeles in 1979. He attended the Harvard-Westlake School, UC San Diego and Loyola Law School. Keyvan joined his father in 2000 at the Stratham Group of Companies, rising over 23 years to become its President, building tremendous value for the business while serving the needs of the community. He had been involved with the local building industry, serving on the boards of both San Bernardino and Riverside and was named Builder of the Year by the Baldy View Chapter. He was also an active member of the Young Presidents' Organization. His expertise, leadership, and commitment to excellence set a standard within the Southern California real estate community. Together with Lisha Symes, Keyvan welcomed his only child Havana, on February 8th 2009. Keyvan and Havana shared a very special bond and frequently went on adventures together, from the ski slopes of Utah to Peru, Colombia and Europe. In 2022, Keyvan embarked on a new chapter in his personal life, marrying Megan Elizabeth Landauer, the love of his life. Upon returning from his honeymoon, Keyvan was diagnosed with lung cancer, which over a period of 18 months eventually caused his untimely passing. Keyvan will be remembered for his huge heart, exceptional warmth, caring, charisma, charm and indelible zest for life. He loved life and lived every minute as though it was his last.
