Lori Pettlon Obituary

Lori Kathryn Pettlon, 44, of Los Angeles California, passed away on February 6th, 2015. Lori was born in Kansas City, Missouri on December 5, 1970. She received a Masters Degree in Human Resources from Webster University. Lori was an avid philanthropist and founded the charity Support Kindness in 2013. Her mission was to show everyone how powerful simple kindness can be. Before founding Support Kindness, Lori worked at Real D, Virgin and Pandemic Studios. Lori loved all living things, especially her two dogs Lucy and Ricky who she is survived by. She is also survived by her parents Norman and Dina Pettlon of Flower Mound, TX, her brothers N.Trey Pettlon of Kansas City, MO, and Jay and Mo Pettlon of St. Louis, MO, who all love her more than words can express. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to www.supportkindness.com

I didn't personally know Lori, but my daughters worked closely with her to design her Support Kindness logo. Through my daughters work with her, I was introduced to her desire to spread love and happiness to the world. She made an impact and because of that we all can smile knowing that her spirit is eternally shining upon us.
