I am deeply sorry for the passing of Mara & Walter. I lived in their Santa.Barbara home in 1994, when I first relocated to Santa Barbara. She was a wonderful woman. And very vigil of her book collection and keeping me far away from doing damage to it. Though I did not see much of Walter, they both were powerful caretakers of others within the circles they lived. The correspondences, Mara answered re her father's photographic history of lost family trees to orphaned Jewish families seeking their ancestors , after the World War, never seemed like a chore to her . I am sure she is deeply missed. And now in search of a nice Jewish woman, I will miss her matchmaking prowess even more. Always with a smile in remembrance, affectionately, Bill Gluck
