Marshall Siff Obituary

SIFF , Marshall Seymour
Attorney at law, passed away Feb. 11, 2007, from complications relating to Alzheimer's.
Born 1920 in Worcester, Mass. He graduated cum laude from Harvard University, 1942, the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, 1944, and was a WWII veteran. He graduated the L.A. Police Academy in 1951, and served as a marshal while attending Southwestern Law School at night. Since passing the bar in 1956, he proudly practiced law in the San Fernando Valley and retired in 2000.
Marshall was a devoted family man; his greatest joys were watching his children and grandchildren grow and flourish. He is survived by his devoted wife of 41 years, Helen Siff (actress); five of his six children, Matthew Siff, Jenny Siff, Susan (Steven) Caldwell, Karen (James) Ehrenberg, Victoria (Thomas) Russell, and his six beloved grandchildren, Chelsea and Zach Caldwell, Joshua, Megan and Spencer Ehrenberg, and Dean Russell. His son, Bruce Siff, passed away in 1999.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Thurs. Feb. 15, 2007, at Eden Memorial Park, 11500 Sepulveda Blvd., Mission Hills, CA.
Donations may be made to Harry's Haven Alzheimer Unit at Motion Picture & Television Fund Hospital, or the Alzheimer's Foundation for research.
