If there's one thing I remeber about my grandma it is that she always stressed that I do well in school and read all the time. I will miss her very much.

I'm not very good at relating to people, except through fictional characters and worlds. Today, I saw the final Harry Potter film. Eleven years ago, Nanny gave me the first Harry Potter book to read, in the way that she often gave me books to read. She opened up magical worlds for me with the gift of learning and the written word. One of the most important lessons I learned from Harry Potter is that those we love, and those who love us, never truly leave us. And I know that Harry Potter isn't really ending because fans like myself will keep the magic alive for the rest of our lives, the same way Nanny's life hasn't really ended because me and my family will honor her and her life for the rest of our lives as well. So I will miss you, I love you and you will always be with me; neither of us will ever be alone.

Aunt Maryann, you will be missed but your memory will forever be a part of our lives. With your elegance and grace you showed us how it should be done.
I am so happy all those years ago I found Maura and Anne to tie my shoe lace. Not only did I find a friend but an entire family.
All my love to my Tremblay siblings.

Rest In Peace Maryann TREMBLAY.
For 27 years ago, I have blessed to have known you and your family and for me, I know California will not be the same without you (and Joe).
I was so happy to be able to say goodbye to you last month.
Maryann, I want to thank YOU for everything that you shared. I will never forget the fact that you made me feel part of your family (especially Thanksgiving and Xmas ) in Meadows Ave, Manhattan Beach!!.
I was so lucky to know you. I will miss your smile, your laugh, your east coast sense of humour, our long talks about Boston but I will never ever forget you.
God bless,
David

Maryann was a wonderful woman who I will remember fondly. She helped to host my bridal shower over 15 years ago as well as my baby shower almost 13 years ago. Our thoughts are with you Maura And Ann and the rest of the Tremblay family.
