Maurice Earl "Bucky" HANKS

HANKS, Maurice Earl "Bucky" (81), of Simi Valley, CA, passed away peacefully on December 9, 2011, surrounded by his loving family. Maurice was born on January 2, 1930, in Corydon, Iowa, to Harold and Martha Hanks. He is survived by Polly, his wife of 61 years, sons Rollie, Terry, Maury and Barry, also his sisters Mildred Rich, Mary Brown and brother Wayne and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Paul and Gale. A Service and Celebration of his life will be held on December 19, 2011, 1:00 p.m., at Angeleno Mortuary, 5948 Van Nuys Blvd., Van Nuys, CA 91401. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, January 13, 2012.
