Michael G. Fry
Michael Fry Obituary
Born in the village of Brierley, Yorkshire, England, on November 5, 1934, his lifelong love of learning led him to earn a doctorate from the London School of Economics. Over the course of his academic career, he taught history at Carleton University in Ottawa, served as Dean of the Graduate School of International Studies at the University of Denver, and later directed the School of International Relations at the University of Southern California.
Dr. Fry leaves behind a legacy of scholarship and leadership. He is survived by his beloved wife of 70 years, Maria, his three children-Michael Gareth, Gabriella, and Peggy-and six cherished grandchildren.
