Nati the greatest gentleman on earth! He and my father met in Guadalajara at age 7 years old, and continued their closed friendship all through their lives. Nati is and was kind of a second father for my brothers and me.

I have the warmest memories of Nati Cano and Los Camperos - the VIP arrivals at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel would not have been complete without Nati and Los Camperos while our family owned the hotel. His presence contributed to the joy and pageantry that became synonymous with the grand welcome to the hotel , and made so many many moments unforgettable for so many people. My father Hernando had great respect for Nati and no important event was complete without him and his Mariachis. I will always remember him as a caballero, and a friend of our family. Que vaya con Dios!

I was so saddened when I was told of Nati's passing. He was one of the finest gentlemen! So respectful of fellow performers. I will never forget his kindness, professionalism and respect. He gave my father Carlos Cardona the opportunity to sing with Los Camperos and to film a Christmas special at La Fonda. So many wonderful memories and smiles. You will be sorely missed and remembered fondly. Our deepest condolences to his family. if you listen closely you can hear beautiful mariachi music from Heaven. Vikki Carr

Rest In Peace, Mr. Nati Cano...
It has been a pleasure seeing & listening to Mariachi Los Camperos for many years. Once you would hear their signature "...Ya llegaron Los Camperos con su guitara..." one knew that a spectacular & delightful musical experience, that had your thumbprint on it, was about to unfold.
With as much gratitude, I can possibly muster, I applaude you, Don Nati, for your hard work, years of dedication, and for being amidst the leaders in the Arts that have had an astonishing impact in truly elevating the regional Mexican Mariachi music to that of global notoriety and that dared to cross into the world of Hip-Hop & Classical music.
My most sincerest condolences to the family, and to each and every one of the accomplished musicians that have had the privilege of wearing a Charro suit donning the prestigious and ever so distinguished name, el Mariachi Los Camperos de Nati Cano.
Los acompanio en su dolor.

We celebrate a life that was lived well! Sadness for a bit, but remember all the of incredible things Nati Cano did throughout his life. From concert halls in Europe, to Havana, Cuba, from Jalisco to Tucson, Arizona and throughout the Southwest, Nati's vision continues to influence so many young aspiring musicians. What a great legacy! Thoughts and prayers are with all who knew him and enjoyed the sweet sound of Mariachi Los Camperos de Nati Cano!

Rest in peace, Chief.
