December 21, 1931 - July 26, 2011
Beloved Wife, Mother, Friend, and Grandmother. Born in Akron, Ohio, Pat married the love of her life, Bill O'Farrell (AML AML). They enjoyed travelling abroad and lived in 7 different states as well as the Province of Quebec. After a long illness, Pat peacefully passed away surrounded by her family in Studio City, CA. Her husband of 48 years, Bill, and 4 children survive her: James, Sharon, Sean (Elizabeth) and Kerry Anne (Sue), 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Pat was a master bridge player, artist, and singer. The family sends special love to her life-long friends and family in Akron, Ohio.
Memorial services to be held August 27 in Studio City, details to follow. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial donation to the American Red Cross.
