DR. FLAGG IS AND ALWAYS WILL BE (ALONG SIDE OF MY DAD) THE GREATEST MAN I HAVE HAD THE HONOR TO KNOW... WHEN I STARTED WITH ADOC I REMEMBER ALWAYS BEING SO SCARED TO GO INTO THAT OFFICE OF HIS... I THOUGHT I WOULD ASK A STUPID QUESTION AND THAT WOULD BE THE END OF MY CAREER W/ ADOC ...WELL I WAS WRONG .. HE WAS THE KINDEST AND MOST UNDERSTANDING MAN...AND WE BOTH SHARED A GREAT LOVE FOR OUR ANIMALS. HE COULD BE HAVING THE WORST DAY AND I WOULD GO IN AND SAY "HOWS SABASTIAN AND DAISY TODAY?" HIS FACE WOULD JUST LIGHT UP AND HE'D BE OK AGAIN.... WHEN I LOST MY DAD THIS DEC.26,2004 HE WAS SO CONCERNED FOR ME, HE KNEW WHAT I WAS GOING THRU AND ALWAYS TRIED TO MAKE ME SMILE ... I LOVE HIM FOR THAT...AND WHEN MY KIDS WOULD COME TO THE OFFICE HE WAS SO KIND AND HE CALLED MY EMILIO "THE ADOC BABY" I WAS THE ONE TO START THE BABY BOOM AT ADOC...THE WHOLE DONT DRINK THE WATER SAYING WAS CREATED IN MY HONOR...HAHAHA...I WILL MISS DR FLAGG BUT WILL REMEMBER ALL THE EDUCATION HE INSTILLED IN ME...HE WILL FOREVER BE IN MY HEART...LOVE YOU SONJA AND FAMILY

I am so thankful for the privilege of working closely with Dr. Flagg. He was a priceless mentor to me in the fine art of negotiations, and was, at all times, gracious, funny, and kind. His wisdom and sense of humor carried us through the day. My favorite memories of him come from the end of the work day when the office was quiet, and we would talk about antiques, our pets, our various remodeling headaches, even philosophy.
Dr. Flagg was an inspiration to me not only because of his achievements in life. He deserved more respect and admiration than most, because he never made others feel inferior, or lesser than. He did not boast about his education or experience, he didn't have to. Every person was worthy of respect in his eyes, and it showed. Dr. Flagg will always be in my heart because of his very noble character, his kindness toward others, and the sparkle in his eyes when he laughed. His family will always be in my prayers.
