Sean Alonzo Obituary

August 6, 1972 - February 21, 2022 Sean Christopher Alonzo, 49, passed away unexpectedly on February 21, 2022 in Oakhurst, California.

Sean lived in the San Fernando Valley as well as various cities throughout California and spent time in North Carolina, Virginia and Nevada. He found himself in many rewarding career positions, but he was most fulfilled when he was "making moves" and helping others realize their dreams.

Sean was an endearing, caring soul, and a unique and joyful person who genuinely connected with all walks of life. His mom, Pat, nicknamed him "Sunshine" in kindergarten and described Sean as her fun-loving wild child. The world will miss his presence, his enthusiasm and the unforgettable "Sean" adventures that no one else will ever duplicate.

Sean is survived by his parents Henry Michael Alonzo, Patsy Lee Ortiz, his "Momsa"-Sean's name for his stepmom, Sandra Alonzo, sisters Rhonda, Iris and Carla Maria, brothers Tony, Randy, Ricky, Charles, niece Rhiannon, nephews Jesse and Matthew as well as extended family and many friends who love him.

There will be a celebration of Sean's life later this spring. If you wish to make a contribution in his honor, please consider donating to The Jed Foundation or simply wear blue today; it was Sean's favorite color.
