Susann Stephanie Arsuaga Sills

July 30, 1971 - November 13, 2016 Susann Stephanie Arsuaga Sills, 45, passed away in San Clemente, California on Sunday, November 13, 2016. Her sudden loss was a deep sorrow for the many friends, family, and patients to whom she had endeared herself during her love-filled life. She served as managing partner and co-founder of the Center for Advanced Genetics, the IVF & infertility practice based in Carlsbad, California. Born in Philadelphia, Susann graduated from South Fork High School (Hobe Sound, FL) in 1989 where she was vice-president of her class and varsity cheerleader. She was an alumna of George Mason University and was awarded an MBA (International Studies) from University of Miami in 2000. She is survived by her husband, Dr. E Scott Sills and their twins, Mary-Katherine Estelle Sills and Eric Scott Sills II, stepchildren Charles Alton Carmack Sills and Ann-Marie Carter Sills, parents Theresa Linda (Lucchese) Neubauer and Miguel José Arsuaga, and stepparents Larry William Neubauer and Cynthia Rutledge Arsuaga. She is also survived by two brothers, Peter Dean Arsuaga of New Orleans, LA and Frank Hewitt Gaulden of Jacksonville, FL, and a sister Jennifer Marie Arsuaga of Orlando, FL. A memorial service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Friday, December 9, 2016 at Lesneski Mortuary in San Clemente, California followed by private interment. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the ASPCA.
