For the past 30 years he has owned Calabasas Saddlery, one of the oldest businesses in Calabasas. A long time member of the Calabasas Country Club and recently of the Mission Hills Country Club, he enjoyed golf and croquet. He spent many enjoyable hours with his friends at the Beverly Hills Croquet Club. He loved to travel and in the recent past, made several trips to England and Ireland to re-visit his WWII haunts in London, Belfast and Dublin where he spent a number of years with Lockheed. He was a lover of good food and wine and always enjoyed life to its fullest.
