Yusuke Chiba Obituary
Passed away on July 3, 2005. Beloved husband of Mitsuko Chiba; father of Shig (Mika) Chiba and Kimiaki (Sayoko) Chiba; grandfather of Emily, Hale, and Hana Chiba; brother of Kunio (Aiko) Chiba, Jinji Moriya, Kosuke Oyama, Fukuya Konno, Eiichi Chiba, Shizuka Miura and Michiko Saichi, all of Japan. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral Saturday, July 9, 12:30 p.m. at San Fernando Valley Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 9450 Remick Ave., Pacoima, with Rev. Patricia Usuki officiating Fukui Mortuary Directors. (213) 626-0441
