Vanessa Driggers Obituary
LAURINBURG — Vanessa Faye English Driggers, 57, of Laurinburg passed away Thursday, July 20, 2017 at Carolina Medical Center in Charlotte.
Vanessa was born on September 7, 1959 in Scotland County, daughter of the late Allie Nolan English Douglas. She was the owner and operator of Driggers Cleaning Service and a member of Laurinburg Christian Church. She enjoyed gardening, crafting and loved to read her Bible. She will forever be remembered as a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend.
Vanessa leaves behind her husband, Joseph "Joe" Coney Driggers of the home; son, J.J. Hardee (Teresa) of Hamlet; brother, Ronald "Ronnie" Eugene English (Debbie) of Concord; sisters, Barbara E.Monnett (Harold) of Laurinburg and Tiffany Douglas Marsh (Kirk) of Pinewood, S.C.; brother in-law, David Driggers (Joy); two grandchildren, T.J. Hardee and Bryan Lee; nephews, Kevin Andrews, Joshua Marsh and Ronald Driggers; nieces, Amy Andrews, Suzanne Long, Kirsten Clark, Jamie English, Courtney Smith, and Adrienne Ellen and a host of family and friends.
A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, July 23 at Richard Boles Funeral Service Chapel officiated by Rev. John Brand.
The family will receive friends prior to the service on Sunday from 2 until 3 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family requests that memorial donations be given in her memory to the Laurinburg Christian Church, 1111 Turnpike Road, Laurinburg, NC 28352.
Services are entrusted to Richard Boles Funeral Service.

Joe I can't imagine how hard it has been for you this past year, Vanessa was so full of life every time I saw her and was like a long lost friend from the first time I met her. I felt like I had known her all my life. I just have a hard time thinking about her not being with you
