My sincere condolences to the family and friends of Charles. May the God of all comfort strengthen the family during this time of deep sorrow. Those who pass on, God keeps in his memory because they are precious in his eyes. (Hosea 13:14)

I had the pleasure and honor to work for Judge Sheldon for ten years. I was his court reporter. He was such a kind, generous, and funny man. He would always take his staff out for lunch on their birthdays. He used to say to me “Rhonda, have a cocktail...have two!” He used to make me laugh so hard! He was a very good artist too. We had some great times working at the LBCH in department K. I have such fond memories of Judge Sheldon. He lived a remarkable life. My condolences to his family. He always talked about his boys. He loved his family very much. Your father was an amazing man! He will always have a special place in my heart.

Besides my father, Mr. Sheldon was my role model. He was a calm, devoted, and dedicated leader of our group of young men in the YMCA. Further, he was a great judge and a leader of our community.
He will be missed.

What a blessing to have a man like Charlie Sheldon to look up to when I was growing up. He was a loyal friend of my dad’s for over sixty years, and a role model for me. I admired him tremendously. Condolences to the family in his loss.

Family dinner nights with Charlie were always special. To go orders that he always sponsored and would pick up and bring to the house, usually Enriques :) In Charlie fashion he would enter the house with a smile and hello with the two bags of food upside down or sideways. It didn't matter- the food tasted great and the company is what mattered most. I miss our family dinners with him. Love you Charlie!
