Gordon had a strong and quiet way about him. Lately he seemed more animated and happy. I knew I could always count on him to be standing by me at the gym. He was such a gentle, incredible person. He will be deeply missed. It doesn't seem real to me!

Gordon had a remarkable way of influencing others without saying a word. There were days when I went to the gym although not feeling up to it. I would think that if Gordon can do, I should be able to do it also.

We are sorry for your loss and can not express how much he will be missed at Cardio Beat. Gordon and his infamous blue came to my first open house Feb. 06 and joined a week later. Attending 5-6 sessions per week, he was an inspiration to everyone who had the pleasure of working out with him. He never cared for my choice of music, but loved the workouts. I am blessed to have made his acquaintance and enjoyed the stories of life he told.

Deepest Sympathy,
Stephanie--Cardio Beat
