Eduardo Hernandez Obituary
Las Cruces - Eduardo Juarez Hernandez , age 48, entered eternal life on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born May 26, 1972 in Porvenir, Chihuahua, Mexico to Silvestre and Consuelo Juarez Hernandez. Eduardo service his country honorably in the United States Army from 1992 thru 1995, after the Military he became a commercial truck driver. Eduardo loved his family, loved to dance to Spanish music and was very well known for his "famous grito"; he also enjoyed working on his vehicles.
Those left to mourn his passing include four sons, Eddie Quinones (Desirae), Eric, Ethan and Edward Hernandez; two daughters, Yvette Sandoval, Gisselle Hernandez and step-daughter, Jasmine Claro; a brother, Javier Hernandez; three sisters, Veronica Hernandez, Angelica Villa (Anthony) and Marisela Hernandez all of Las Cruces; his father, Silvestre Hernandez and Step mother Esperanza of Joshua, TX; his mother, Consuelo Juarez and his companion, Anabel Rodriguez both of Las Cruces. Other survivors include two grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews that love him very much. Eduardo was preceded in death by his brother, Joaquin Hernandez; maternal and paternal grandparents.
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, capacity of attendees will be limited and everyone is asked to please wear a mask. Thank you.
Calling hours for Eduardo will be from 9 AM to 10:30 AM Monday, April 12, 2021 at Baca's Funeral Chapels, 300 E. Boutz Road with recitation of the Holy Rosary at 11 AM at Our Lady of Health Catholic Church, 1178 N. Mesquite Street. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:30 AM with the Reverend Ruben Romero Celebrant. At his request cremation will follow and Inurnment of cremains will take place at a later date
Serving as casket bearers will be Eddie, Eric, Ethan, Daniel, Isaac and Javier Hernandez and Alejandro Sedillo.
