I didn't know any of his family, just knew him and his heart. From that I could see that through his struggles he had learned much dedication and love from the start. That love and dedication extended to his music, to his fans, and finally to himself. Before his last days he took his chance to be rid of prior problems with which he dealt. David spoke to everyone he performed for through all six instruments that he played. His voice being the one that sticks with me most throughout today. He is tremendously missed now because of how great his spirit was. God knew when to take him, but of course He always does. And what greater day to meet our Lord than on the day He died for our sins! I can only be greatful for that great heart and soul of David's, because now his new life begins +
