Marcos McIlrath Obituary
Marc is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Jayne McIlrath; two sons; Jason Harvey, Michael McIlrath and his wife Amberly. Daughter, Britta Kandola and husband JK Kandola and two granddaughters Elena and Samantha Kandola. Brother in law, 'Brother Ed" and wife Beth and their family. Cousin Sherrley and husband Howard of Sona, Panama.
Marc served in the Army with the 82nd Airborne, followed by a passion for painting and a successful painting career. An avid community server, Marc loved helping others. He walked through life on his own path with a fun spirit who enjoyed fishing, gardening and the outdoors. Marc was a Christian filled with faith, who loved sharing the Lord Jesus with others. His Christian family at Mission Lutheran Church held a special place in his heart. For all his friends he worked with and for over the years, Marc expressed his gratitude for their support on his journey. He will be missed by all.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 27, 2010 at Mission Lutheran Church, 2752 Roadrunner Pkwy, Las Cruces, NM 88011 575-522-0465. In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be sent to Mission Lutheran Church in memory of Marc McIlrath. Services have been entrusted to the care of La Paz-Graham' s Funeral Home.526-6891. To send condolences go to www.lapaz-grahams.com
