Thomas B. Ferguson

Thomas B. Ferguson died November 29, 2020 in Las Cruces. Mr. Ferguson was born in Williamsport Pennsylvania in 1941. After graduating high school, he enlisted in the Air Force. He served 4 years as a Fire Protection Specialist and was honorably discharged in 1965.

He then began a career at the Montgomery County Sheriff's Dept. Tom retired from the Sheriff's dept. and became President of the National Kidney Foundation. While working at the Foundation he helped start the automobile donation to charity as a fund raiser. After this he moved to the Sarasota/Bradenton Florida area.

While in Florida Tom became a commercial pilot and flew passengers in the SE United States including to Key West. While doing this he was also a contract automobile buyer for dealers in the NE.
