Dear Joan, Gail and Jim,
Please accept my loving sympathy/empathy upon the death of your dear Mother.
She was a kind, generous, loving and loyal member of St Andrews in Lebanon and the Presbyterian Women. She and Wilma Miller and Dottie Bliss and others, now gone to be with the Lord taught many of us the true meaning of faith and mission through our Lord Jesus. The faith of your Mother and the women listed above was/is something to behold, admire and pattern oneself after! They also had many funny stories to share and on sewing day, we had a great time. I no longer attend St Andrews but have a great attachment there!
Jim, you may be the only one who remembers the "Park Drive" neighborhood and that is where we still live. I learned to make tablecloths via your Mother's sewing skills, which were many! God bless and keep all of you always.
Keeping you all in prayer, as it is difficult to have lost both parents in such a short time.
Love, Anne Flowers PS: Pete, my husband, extends his sympathy also as he knew both your parents. We are now retired and still at 503 if you are ever in Lebanon.

Joan and Gail. I am so sorry for your loss. You were blessed with an incredible Mother. I enjoyed the time I spent with her. What a neat lady.

Joan, Gail, and Jim... I'm very sorry to read of your loss. Your mother was a good person whom I have fond memories of. Time passes so quickly. It seems like just yesterday that my mother was babysitting the three of you. I'll never forget those good days of our youth. Each of you will be in my thoughts during this difficult time. Just remember that each morning the sun rises to a new day for us. If we're lucky we'll each have as much time in this life as your mom.
