Ruth Klein Obituary

Cambridge, WI - Ruth Marie (Nesthus) Klein, age 92, passed away Friday, September 6, 2024 in Fitchburg, Wisconsin.

Ruth was born October 27, 1931 in Kankakee, Illinois to Armel Dionne and Christabell Suprenant. She had been a long time resident of Cambridge, a devoted member of St. Pius X Church, employed at Melster Candies for over 30 years, owned and operated the Squeeze Inn Café on Spring Street in Cambridge, a member of the Lake Ripley Country Club where she loved playing cards and golfing with her "gal pals." Ruth loved her craft of creating beautiful cards, and reading.

Ruth is survived by her Brother - Robert Dionne of Tucson, AZ; Sister - Madonna Lane of Littleton, CO; Sons - Stephen Nesthus (Lynn) of Orlando, FL; Brian Nesthus of Jefferson, WI; Bruce Nesthus (Patricia) of Baraboo, WI; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Father - Armel Dionne; Mother - Christabell Suprenant; Brothers Raymond Dionne, Roland Dionne, and Richard Dionne; Son - Robert Nesthus; Husbands - Sanford Nesthus and Edmund Klein.

Visitation will be between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 21, followed by the Funeral Service at St. Pius X Church in Cambridge.

Nitardy Funeral Home, Cambridge is assisting the family.
