Beverly M. (Zwiefelhofer) LeCleir passed away peacefully on Monday, August 4, 2025, at Dove Healthcare - Bloomer with her daughters by her side. She was 91 years old.
Bev was born on February 11, 1934, in Bloomer, WI to Joseph and Anna (Durch) Zwiefelhofer.
Bev attended St. Paul's Catholic School in Bloomer and graduated from Bloomer High School in 1952. On July 10, 1956, she married her high school sweetheart, Bill LeCleir, at St. Paul's Catholic Church in Bloomer.
Together, Bill and Bev raised three daughters, Barb, Sue and Karen. Bev was a stay-at-home mother until her children entered school. She then worked part-time at Cadott Pharmacy and was later employed for 20 years as an aide at Cadott Elementary School, retiring in 1997.
Bev was a faithful member of All Saints Parish (formerly St. Rose of Lima) and St. Helen's Circle. She and Bill spent many summers enjoying their trailer at Summer Haven Resort in Chetek. Family was very important and always came first. She treasured the time spent with her children and grandchildren. Traveling throughout the United States and Canada, old-time dancing, playing cards and watching the Brewers were just some of the things she enjoyed most.
Bev is survived by her three favorite daughters: Barb LeCleir, Sue Brown and Karen (Ted) Zeman; grandchildren: Danielle Brown, Nicholas (Maddie) Zeman, Corey (Kirsten) Brown, Andrew Zeman and Abby Zeman; great-grandchildren: Lyla Zeman and Lincoln Zeman; Sister Joan (Dick) Monpas; brothers in law Thomas (Anita) LeCleir and David LeCleir; sisters-in-law: LucyAnn LeCleir, Wanda LeCleir, and Judy Zwiefelhofer. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Bev is preceded in death by her loving husband of 67 years, Bill, on June 9, 2024; parents, Joseph and Anna Zwiefelhofer; sister: Arlene Berge; brother: Larry Zwiefelhofer; father- and mother-in-law: August and Mary LeCleir; sister-in-law: Judy LeCleir; brothers-in-law: John LeCleir, Robert LeCleir, Stephen LeCleir and Gerald Berge.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, August 8, 2025, at 2:00 PM at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church at 415 N. Maple Street in Cadott, WI with Father William Felix officiating. A visitation will be held on Friday, August 8, from 12:00-1:45 PM at the church.
Interment will be in St. Rose of Lima Catholic Cemetery, Town of Sigel, Chippewa County.
