Philip Steven Leuthe, 72, passed away on Friday, September 26th, peacefully finishing a valiant year-and-a-half battle with cancer. He was born on October 13th, 1952 in Chippewa Falls, WI.

Phil served in the Air Force, worked for the Soo Line Railroad, and was a Systems Analyst for Northwest Airlines, The Sportsman's Guide, and UHC Optum. Phil loved his community, loved his friends and deeply loved his family.

He is survived by his parents, Arthur and Marlyn (Rockvam) Leuthe, brothers David (Candy) Leuthe, Todd (Terri) Leuthe and Mark (Sandy) Leuthe, children Michael (Eun Hae Hwang) Leuthe, Caitlin (Dan) Marty, Andrew (Kelly) Opp, Max Bowthorpe, and grandchildren, Mackenzie, Isaac, Sawyer, AJ, Levi and Liam.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date, please contact the family for details. Interment of ashes will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
