Robert Allen "Pinky" Schaaf, 95, of Eau Claire, passed away on October 18, 2025 surrounded by his family.

Robert was born on October 28, 1929 to Jim and Verna (Kurtz) Shaaf. Robert graduated from Eau Claire Senior High School class of 1947. He attended the Eau Claire Teachers College, and he was married to Sylvia Mae Stewart for 70 years. She passed away November 3, 2018. Pinky enjoyed golfing and many sports. He played college football for the Eau Claire Blue Golds, and was a land agent for NSP before retiring.

He is survived by: his children, Cindy Schaaf Milne (Scott), Debbie Schaaf Black (Jim), Dixie Schaaf Lokken (Vern), and Dean Schaaf, 7 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by: his wife, Sylvia Mae Stewart Schaaf, and his siblings, Betty Moore and Donald Schaaf.

Private family services were held. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to either, St. Croix Hospice, of an Alzheimer's research organization. Arrangements were entrusted to Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral and Cremation Services.
