Haley was born on July 6, 1988, at St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham, the daughter of Bruce and Sandra (Stevens) Miller.
Haley grew up in rural Beecher City, graduating from Beecher City High School in 2006. During her school career, Haley was very passionate about athletics, excelling and receiving many awards in numerous sports including basketball, softball, volleyball and tumbling. It was also during her high school years where she started dating the love of her life and future husband, Justin Wilhour. Haley married Justin on August 25, 2007 and together they were blessed with four beautiful children: Onna, age 10; Graidon, age 9; Paylin, age 7; and Brantly, age 4.
Haley had a great love for her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. What she wanted most out of life was to be a loving wife and mother, which she excelled at beyond measure. She was known for her wonderful cooking and baking skills among family and friends and loved attending her children's sporting events.
Haley served her church in many ways, including organizing meals for church gatherings, playing piano, coordinating children's music specials and leading children to Christ at Vacation Bible School. Throughout her recent trials, she kept her faith in God and inspired many with her positive attitude and determination.
Surviving are husband, Justin; children: Onna, Graidon, Paylin and Brantly of rural Altamont; parents, Bruce and Sandra Miller of Beecher City; brother, Austin (wife Katie) Miller of Beecher City; and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mike and Judy Wilhour of rural Altamont.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Arthur and Vonita Stevens, and Robert and Audrey Miller.
