Dear Children,
Your father gave me my first job working at the bank in Columbus and for that I will always be grateful. I did have a chance to see him and your mother once since then while they were playing bridge at the senior center. You all are in my prayers. He was a great man.
Sincerely,
Paula French Karrh

Rest well, Al Caproni, Jr. A name from the past showed up in the L-E obits today. A former local banker who had retired long ago has passed. I fondly remember Al from frequent repasts in the Patio Restaurant of our family's store, but no such memory of Al shall eclipse his cover shot on "Cigar Aficionado" magazine years back.
