Amanda Davenport Obituary

Amanda Leigh Davenport September 7, 1984- February 24, 2006 EUFAULA, AL— Amanda Leigh Davenport, 21, of Eufaula, Ala., died Friday, February 24, 2006 at her home. Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. on Monday, February 27, 2006, at The Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Eufaula, with Father David Shoemaker officiating. Burial will be in Memory Garden Cemetery at a later date, with Chapman Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. Sunday at Chapman Funeral Home in Eufaula. Leigh was born September 7, 1984, in Douglas, GA, the daughter of the late Charles C. McIntosh and Teresa Ragsdale Wain, of Attalla, AL. She was a volunteer with Wiregrass Hospice of Eufaula and a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Besides her mother, her survivors include her husband, Adam D. Davenport, of Eufaula; her daughter, Catherine Olivia "Catie" Davenport, of Eufaula; her biological father, Danny W. Courson, of Eufaula; sister Kayla McIntosh, of Attalla, AL; her parents-in-law Mike and Kim Davenport, and brother-in-law Robert Davenport, all of Eufaula. Pallbearers are Mike Davenport, Robert Davenport, Ray Wain, Dan Courson, Daniel Reeves and Rick Harden.
