Cindy Irene SnellÐVogel January 25, 1963 - April 21, 2010 OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — Cindy Irene SnellÐVogel, 47, passed away April 21, 2010 at The Intergris Baptist Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma after a short illness. Cindy was born on January 25, 1963 in Columbus, Georgia; she was a member of the Sanctified Baptist Church in Columbus, Georgia. In 1983 she moved to Oklahoma, to pursue a career as an Equine Trainer. Cindy was preceded by her father Billy Frank Snell. Cindy was survived by husband Oliver Vogel; son Steven A. Gilbert, wife Michelle G. Gilbert; and granddaughter Kylee M. Gilbert; mother, Imtraud Irene Winner and step father James L. Winner (deceased); brother, Steven Snell and wife Churua; sister Heidi Roberson and husband Lenny Roberson; sister Barbara Harris and husband Brent, and life long friend Mike Rost. Private services will be held with family members. In lieu of flowers her family request that any donations be sent to P.A.W.S Humane, P.O BOX 8964 Columbus, Georgia, 31908 in memory of Cindy Irene Snell.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. Cindy was one of my dearest friends in High School. We shared alot of good times together. She made an impact on my life as well as others im sure. She will be missed.
