Eula Brewer Obituary

Eula Ree Purvis Brewer THOMASTON, GA — Mrs. Eula Ree Purvis Brewer, 90, of 103 Griffin Avenue, Thomaston, GA, died Wednesday, October 1, 2008 at Upson Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 4, 2008 at Parsley-Fletcher Funeral home of Thomaston, with Reverend Dr. Edwin L. Cliburn officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Neho Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Charing, according to Parsley Fletcher Funeral Home, Thomaston. Visitation was from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, October 3, 2008 at the funeral home. Mrs. Eula Brewer was a native of Taylor County and a resident of Upson County for many years. She was the widow of J.R. Brewer. She was the retired owner and operator of the B & B Collection Agency and was a member of First Baptist Church. Survivors include sisters, Mrs. Betty Purvis (Ron) Sawyer, Midland, GA, Mrs. Armenda Purvis (Alton) Turner, Leesburg, GA; several nieces and nephews, several great-nieces and great-nephews.
