I have known Henry for nearly eight years, and for most of that time I saw him on Monday morning at 9:00am. I cannot imagine how I will feel today at that hour, but I know I will miss him greatly. He was a man of tremendous integrity and family loyalty. We all grieve his passing.

To the Arzeno family: I am proud to have served with Henry in the Army and The Department of Corrections. His modivation and dedication has been an example to others for years. I am honored to have been able to call him "Brother", and to have his children call me "Tio". I will miss him as will you. Find strength in Henry's life and know he is at peace.
