Johnny Lee Gray Jr. September 6, 1990- June 24, 2006 COLUMBUS, GA— Johnny Lee Gray Jr., 15, of 2417 Clover Lane, Columbus, died Saturday, June 24, 2006 at Medical Center Hospital. Funeral services will be be 3 p.m. Saturday, July 1, 2006 at J.W. Jones Funeral Home Chapel, 2716 N. Lumpkin Rd., with Pastor J.W. Jones officiating. Burial will be in East Porterdale Cemetery Wednesday, July 5, 2006 at 1 p.m. Visitation will be Friday from noon until 8 p.m. A family hour will be from 6 until 8 p.m. Family and friends will depart from 2843 Rice St., Columbus, GA. Saturday at 2:30 p.m. Mr. Gray was born September 6, 1990 in Columbus, GA., son of Beverly Ann Gray, Columbus and Johnny Lee (Rosa) Hardnett, Columbus. He was a student at Baker Middle School in Columbus. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Andrew (Alma) Hardnett and Artist (Jessie) Williams. Survivors, other than his parents, include three sisters, Donna Gray, April Gray, Candace Hardnett, all of Columbus; six uncles; eight aunts; four nephews; three nieces; a host of great loving cousins and friends.

Yoooo Johnny this Darryl .We went to Baker Middle School together.I remember you my brethren.Never caused a issue with anyone..In fact you were quiet,and intelligent.I know we may not have talked in class.However I'll never forget a soul like yours..Times has changed.Columbus,Ga has changed for the worst.Its not like it use to be 20 years ago.They tore down Baker Village..Them young bulls wilding out..Killin each other.I left Down south in 2019,and moved bacc to New York(My birthplace).May your soul be at rest!!!
