Monique E. Wingo Smith July 9, 1972 - February 25, 2003 COLUMBUS, GA - Monique E. Wingo Smith, 31, of Columbus, died Wednesday, Feb. 25, at her residence. Memorial services will be held 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 29, in the Striffler-Hamby Mortuary Macon Road Chapel with the Reverend Gene Boyd officiating. The family will receive friends from 3 to 4 pm Sunday at the funeral home. Mrs. Smith was born July 9, 1972 in Hayward, Calif. She was a Recovery Analyst for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia and attended Cascade Hills Church. Survivors include her husband, Tristan Smith; two daughters, Lyrrik Campbell and Tristynn Smith, all of Columbus; her mother, Janice Mote of California; her father, Charles Wingo of California; a sister, Dorene Mote of California; and her brother, Brian Mote of Panama City, Fla.
