Columbus, Georgia - Rev. Otis Lee Duncan, 85, transitioned his life Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at his residence. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 25, 2022 at St. James A.M.E. Church 1002 6th Ave, Col, GA with Rev. Oscar B. Daise, officiating and Bishop Reginald T. Jackson, eulogist, according to Hill-Watson Memorial Chapel at Rose Hill LLC, 2919 Hamilton Road, Columbus, GA. Interment will follow at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery. To the family of my Guard father he will be truly missed. Rev. Duncan was the minister that I can remember at Prospect and under him I joined the church. Rev. Duncan was truly a young person preacher he supported the ypd in everything we did not only that but he gave his time and supported us financially. Glad I will miss our talks
