Goodbye old friend, until we meet again. In the words of Virginia Wolff in her book TO THE LIGHTHOUSE, "Nature hath but little clay like that with which she molded you." As District Representative of the Third Congressional District of Georgia, you gave personal care and assistance to numberless constituents who needed help within government bureaucracy and in resisting the sometimes heavy hand of government. We have ridden many miles together, and my prayer is that we may do so again in kindness to our fellow man where government is the servant and not the master.
