Fryer of Rindge, NH; his seven grandchildren; Trenton, McKenna, Camdyn, Charlie, Malcolm, Blake, Naomi, and one more on the way in December, and many nieces, cousins and friends.

Stephen was predeceased by both of his parents and by his brother, Eric J. Fryer.

Steve was passionate about serving his country. He served in the Marine Corps from May 16, 1984 to April 4, 1988, followed by additional service in the Army Reserves, and ending his time in the Massachusetts Army National Guard from May 1, 2007 to August 18, 2011. In the intervals between Steve's service commitments, he held both a career in telecommunications, where he worked for NYNEX and Southwestern Bell Communications, and in fire and life safety, where he worked as a sprinkler fitter.

Steve was an avid hunter and fisherman, and loved nothing more than being out in nature, especially with his son, Nicholas. He was a devoted fan of the Patriots, Red Sox, and the Bruins.
